-
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
If you are looking to get a pet you must contact the office to ensure said pet meets our requirements. There is then a $150 non refundable pet fee and the pet would be $30 a month. There would be a pet agreement that would need to be filled out. You would also be required to get renters insurance with liability. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You would need to give the office in writing a notice to vacate while your roommate would need to give updated information to the office to see if they would qualify for the property on their own. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
As our leases run month-to-month you would need to give a written 30-days notice to the office informing them of your potential move-out date and then follow all move-out instructions. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
You can either call the office to report a maintenance issue or you can submit a maintenance request in the Tenant portal. -
I would like to move to a bigger/smaller apartment. How do I go about that?
In your lease are the requirements to move to a different unit. Please make sure you read over them and then contact the office to see if you qualify and what’s available.
